Experience and Special Interests

With over 5 years of experience in mental health counseling, I have had the privilege of supporting clients through various life challenges. My special interests lie in working with individuals facing trauma, grief, loss, and self-esteem issues. Additionally, I have extensive experience in assisting those dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, addictions, PTSD, and ADHD. I am dedicated to providing personalized care that addresses the unique needs of each individual, helping them achieve lasting positive change.

Evidence-Based Therapies

As a skilled and trained therapist, I utilize evidence-based therapies that have proven to be effective in empowering clients on their path to healing. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to address negative thought patterns, Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma recovery, and specialized training as a Grief Recovery Specialist with the Grief Recovery Institute. Additionally, I am equipped with Level 1 and 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, which strengthens relationships through evidence-based interventions.
