Empowering You on the Path to Wellness

Do you wake up tired/exhausted, wanting to stay in bed, asking yourself “what’s the point”, feel stuck, alone, overwhelmed, stressed, and isolated or withdrawn? Are you thinking to yourself, I’m not good enough, I am a failure, and unimportant? Are you lacking focus and concentration, as well as have a loss of interest or pleasure in life? Are memories of your childhood, a recent death, or an accident interfering in your daily activities of living?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, and are looking for something different, better, or more, we can work together on creating a treatment plan that will give you hope, help guide you, and support you, in having more functioning, healthier, and happier life.

My Focus & Promise

my Treatment Focus

My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, actively listening to you, and customizing a treatment plan.

My Client Promise

I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

Embracing Diversity

I believe in the importance of inclusivity and strive to create a welcoming environment for all individuals, appreciating and respecting diverse backgrounds, including First Nations cultures. In my journey as a counselor, I have actively engaged in various trainings and proudly stand as an ally of the LGBTQ2S+ community, offering support and understanding to its members. Notably, I have had the privilege of working closely with the trans community.
As of now, I am focusing on providing counseling services to clients aged 14 years and above. My aim is to ensure that everyone feels valued and heard, fostering a safe and supportive space for personal growth and healing.

I’d like to acknowledge that we are on Treaty 6 territory, a traditional meeting grounds, gathering place, and travelling route to the Cree, Saulteaux (So-toe), Blackfoot, Métis, Dene (De-nay) and Nakota Sioux (Sue).

We acknowledge all the many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit whose footsteps have marked these lands for centuries.
