Couples Therapy

Couples therapy with the Gottman Method approach offers a dedicated space to enhance communication, build trust, and navigate challenges together. Through research-based interventions and personalized assessments, we foster essential skills like softened start-up communication, managing conflict, and creating shared meaning. Having completed Level 1 and 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, we wholeheartedly incorporate this approach to empower couples in achieving a healthier and more fulfilling relationship. Note: This method may not be suitable for couples experiencing violence, as our priority is to create a safe and supportive environment for all. Together, we’ll explore your relationship dynamics and equip you with valuable tools to build a stronger, more connected bond. Let’s embark on this journey of growth and love together.

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a safe and supportive environment for individuals experiencing grief and loss. The emotions that accompany each loss are a natural part of life, but often, people lack the necessary tools and resources to navigate through their grief. In this action-based group therapy, guided by the Grief Recovery Method, we create a space where you can work through your feelings without fear of analysis, criticism, or judgment.

“The Grief Recovery Handbook” by John James and Russell Freidman serves as a valuable reading resource, complemented by weekly homework assignments, as you embark on your journey to recovery. Together with fellow participants, you’ll find solace and understanding as we explore the complexities of grief and embrace healing strategies rooted in the Grief Recovery Method. Through this group experience, you’ll discover the power of shared support and gain valuable insights to help you on your path towards healing and renewal. Let’s embark on this journey of healing together and find strength in community and understanding.
