Embracing Diversity
I believe in the importance of inclusivity and strive to create a welcoming environment for all individuals, appreciating and respecting diverse backgrounds, including First Nations cultures. In my journey as a counselor, I have actively engaged in various trainings and proudly stand as an ally of the LGBTQ2S+ community, offering support and understanding to its members. Notably, I have had the privilege of working closely with the trans community.
As of now, I am focusing on providing counseling services to clients aged 14 years and above. My aim is to ensure that everyone feels valued and heard, fostering a safe and supportive space for personal growth and healing.
Treaty 6 Land Acknowledgement
I’d like to acknowledge that we are on Treaty 6 territory, a traditional meeting grounds, gathering place, and travelling route to the Cree, Saulteaux (So-toe), Blackfoot, Métis, Dene (De-nay) and Nakota Sioux (Sue).
We acknowledge all the many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit whose footsteps have marked these lands for centuries.
